The hardest series of joints I ever made. The seat tubes needed to be perfect, their mitre and length to meet the tiny space afforded by the bi-laminate to create a equal spacing and symmetry. Frame building is hard work. Really hard work. I loved it

I though I would share a shot of the seat cluster with the nice stays sporting the half cap. The points of the stays were filed off to prevent burning off as they were so thin and then recreated with a little sculpted blob of fillet pro. Integrating
And now with a half cap. Next step to braze them in. #19mmto28.6

My shorelines are improving but I can still get better.
You can just about make out the cross sectional fluting of these @columbus_official SPX chainstays. Great old school build in progress.
